Termiroll Labels for Rollo Printers
Works with Rollo USB (model X1038), Rollo Wireless and other Rollo 4 inch direct thermal printers.
Rollo printers take standard direct thermal media up to 4.1 inches wide, with cores from 1 to 3 inches, which is exactly what every Termiroll roll and fanfold stack is. Load the roll or park a fanfold stack behind the printer, run Rollo's automatic label identification once, and print.
Rollo does not lock you to branded labels: any properly die-cut direct thermal label feeds fine. What matters is media quality, because a thin face or weak coating shows up as faded or scuffed barcodes. Termiroll's coated face is made for daily carrier labels.
Setup tips
- After loading a new size, run the automatic label identification so the printer measures the label length.
- For fanfold, feed the stack through the rear slot and keep it aligned flat behind the printer.
- Print density 'default' works for carrier barcodes; raise it one step if your scans look light.
