Termiroll Labels for Zebra Printers
Works with Zebra ZP450, GK420d, GX420d, ZD220, ZD420 and ZD620 direct thermal models, plus the LP2844 family.
Zebra's 4 inch desktop line is the classic shipping label printer, and it accepts standard direct thermal media. Termiroll rolls (1.5 inch core) drop into the media holders of desktop Zebras, and fanfold stacks feed through the rear slot on models that have one.
Make sure your model is a direct thermal model (a d in the name, like GK420d) or is set to direct thermal mode: Termiroll labels need no ribbon. Thermal transfer only models expect a ribbon and are not the right match.
Setup tips
- Run a media calibration (feed button sequence or driver) after changing label size so the gap sensor learns the new length.
- In the driver, set media type to 'labels with gaps' and darkness around 10 to 12 for carrier barcodes.
- On ZP450 and GK420d the 1.5 inch core sits directly on the media spindle guides.
